Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development provides a fun, safe and interactive sports experience in New Jersey. We teach young athletes to develop and maximize their peak potential on and off the court.
Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development is DIFFERENT… We are about getting back to the basics. We teach our young athletes the basics and fundamentals of basketball and monitor proper development to make sure they are fundamentally sound and knowledgeable.
When young athletes struggle to compete they lose confidence and stop playing. It's our job to change that mindset. We pride ourselves in building our young athlete’s skills and confidence so they grow their love for the game and develop the tools they need to be successful.
Our Mission
Our mission is to introduce the game of basketball to children and young athletes of all ages in New Jersey, New York and the Tri-State Area. We emphasize the importance of teaching basketball basics and fundamentals. We teach our players the importance of communication, attitude and effort, respect, discipline and teamwork.
Our Commitment
We recognize the role of a coach can be both rewarding and daunting. Effective communication, commitment and continual learning are key attributes we look for in our coaches as leaders. Our coaches are lifelong students of the game and it is part of our mission to continue expanding our knowledge and share it with our players. We have implemented a vetting process for all our coaches. Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development requires all coaches to commit to the process of learning and mutual accountability. We have partnered with veteran coaches from around the country to provide us with mentoring, support and other necessary resources in order to hold our program accountable.
Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development is compliant with the Safe Sport Act. We require background screening and child abuse awareness training for all our coaches.
