Youth Athletic Development

When children watch TV, play video games or spend hours on the phone or computer they are not being physically active. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) says a routine of inactivity can play havoc on kids physical fitness and health, both now and in the future.

Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development offers a positive alternative. To be healthy, children need to be active and they need real social interaction. At Dominate Youth Basketball & Athletic Development we provide sport development opportunities for young athletes to gain regular exercise and develop social skills. We implement the importance of communication, fitness and making healthy choices. Our programs focus on athletic skills development as well as promoting the importance of key life skills.
